LEGEND BANK

This 2,340 square-foot renovation of an existing banking facility was for the relocation of Legend Bank’s Wichita Falls branch. The project included an interior renovation of the existing building, as well as a 1,400 square foot addition. The addition allows Legend Bank to meet its current staff and banking needs  while providing plenty of space for future growth.  The work consisted of new pavement areas, replacement of selected pavement areas, landscaping, site lighting, and signage. The interiors match finish standards established by Legend Bank, and the exterior walls have adhered stone veneer and an aluminum metal panel system. The new location provides three drive-thru lanes, ATM and night drop, safe deposit boxes, and full-service teller and personal banker office areas.
